Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. This doesn’t include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking info so you can keep an eye on delivery progress.

Shipping Options
We ship using standard delivery with NZ Post.
Expedited shipping (courier) is available at an extra cost if you need it faster. You can also add a signature on delivery for an additional fee.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are based on the size and weight of your order, as well as where it’s being sent in New Zealand.
We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount during special promos.

Import Duties and Taxes
Import duties and taxes may apply once your order arrives in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Readysetradars has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount, as customs policies vary by country.
If duties or taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or returned, the order cannot be refunded, as these costs are non-recoverable. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

Delivery Timeframes
Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
Expedited (courier) shipping is faster, but costs more.

Where We Ship
We currently ship only to New Zealand, Canada and United States of America
Some items may have restrictions due to their size or weight—check the product page for any notes.

Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
If you run into any tracking issues, just get in touch—we’re happy to help.

Shipping Address
Double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We can’t take responsibility for any delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us right away.
We may ask for photos of any damage to help us sort out a replacement or refund.
